WVAC is an established, Archery Australia affiliated, archery club serving the central and southern parts of Canberra. The club supports archers at all levels, from social family archers and beginners, to serious competitive archers at the national and international levels.

The Challenge
Archers move up the field to shoot at 50, 70 and 90 m targets

The 9am shoot on the second and third weekends of the month put new archers to the test.

Beginners' Classes

Our regular 'Come & Try' classes run on the second and third Sundays of the month. If you are interested in trying Archery, the Beginners page has details and online booking

All ages are welcome, but physical size and strength may be a limiting factor in the effective use of the equipment.

Club Activities

WVAC operates throughout the week with fixed targets available for members use at any time. Regular Club days are held Wednesday and Sunday with Competition Rounds from 9.30 am on Sundays.
